The Court also ordered Plaintiff’s counsel to show cause why he should not be sanctioned in an amount sufficient to reimburse Defendant for expenses it incurred in addressing nonexistent cases cited by Plaintiff in opposition to the first attorneys’ fees motion. See Order to Show Cause, ECF 30. The parties have resolved that issue informally, and Plaintiff’s counsel has reimbursed Defendant for attorneys’ fees in the amount of $14,500. Accordingly, the Court will discharge the order to show cause.
