What courts, judiciaries, prosecutors, public defenders, legal-aid bodies and justice ministries themselves have put on the record about the AI they use: entries in official AI-use inventories, algorithmic-transparency records, procurement notices and awards, announcements and pilot reports, judgments in which a court says it used a tool, and judicial-conduct opinions on judges' AI use. The status of each record — pilot, deployed, retired, awarded — is the source's own word on the date we read it.
