What the public documentation states
Adalat AI's products page describes a justice stack for court staff and citizens, including real-time court transcription, live case-flow management, OCR, chatbots and summarisation. The same products page states that transcription supports 15+ Indian languages with 90%+ accuracy; the audit did not find a published method. The security page, dated 31 January 2025, says all text, audio and transcripts are stored only in secure data centres in India and says the product uses no external APIs for storage, inference or enrichment. That page says customer data is not used for training or model improvement unless clear, informed consent is granted. It also says Adalat is working toward SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001; ISO 42001 was not found. The mobile privacy policy, effective 25 September 2024, states encryption in transmission and storage.
