    No-action letter allows Divii to provide automated separation-agreement services subject to conditions.

    The Law Society of British Columbia issues Divii a no-action letter dated November 16, 2022. The letter allows Divii, operated by Rebecca Alleyne, to provide family-law services through an online platform that automates separation-agreement creation, subject to monthly reporting, disclosures and LSBC’s continuing ability to rescind the letter.
