    No-action letter allows the Legal Wills.ca online estate-planning platform subject to conditions.

    The Law Society of British Columbia issues Tim Hewson a no-action letter dated February 8, 2022. The letter allows operation of Legal Wills.ca, an online platform where users create, store and share estate-planning documents, subject to sandbox reporting, disclosure and rescission conditions.
