The Utah Supreme Court’s amended Standing Order No. 15 establishes the legal regulatory sandbox, the Office of Legal Services Innovation and the Legal Services Innovation Committee. Effective as amended September 21, 2022, it authorizes oversight of nontraditional legal-service entities, including providers using nontraditional business structures, legal providers and technology, until the seven-year pilot expires.
