Justice Ronald Castorina Jr.’s Part 44 rules, effective July 1, 2026, adopt a discretionary Part 161 motion-submission certification. Every motion submission must state whether generative AI drafted listed documents; if so, all generated text, citations, quotations, and legal analysis must be reviewed for accuracy and approved, with program and portions identified.
