The same page says Norm Law, LLP is an independent law firm, Norm Ai is a technology and service provider to Norm Law, and Norm Ai does not provide legal advice or services. The audit did not find named model providers, sub-processors, data-residency locations or DPA terms on the public pages. The privacy policy is effective Jan 23, 2024 and says personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, with longer retention for legal obligations, disputes or fees. The terms are effective Jan 22, 2024. The technology page says pricing is tied to outcomes, not hours, but the pricing URL returned a 404 shell and no list price, term or seat minimum.
