What the public documentation states

Regology pages describe a regulatory intelligence platform with the Reggi generative assistant. The DPA dated 19 July 2024 publishes Annex III subprocessors, names OpenAI via Azure for generative AI hosting and lists Amazon Web Services in the United States. The DPA says customer personal data is deleted or anonymized upon termination, while the audit did not find a no-training or zero-retention term. The DPA states annual SOC 2 Type II audits and says AWS has ISO 27001 certification; the audit did not find Regology ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 statements. Data residency is listed as the United States, and no private-deployment term was found. Pricing pages publish Reggi Free, Professional at $1,700 per user per month with a three-year contract, and Enterprise as contact-us. The terms dated 9 January 2025 say Reggi response accuracy, completeness, uniformity and timeliness cannot be guaranteed; the audit found no benchmark method.

Not disclosed on public pages

"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.

Not published on pages we read on 2026-09-06: accuracy method, free trial, Regology ISO 27001 statement, ISO 42001, no-training terms, private deployment, SSO/SAML and zero retention. Procurement or DPIA review normally needs these points to evaluate regulatory-query confidentiality, AI-provider data use, access controls, deletion, professional supervision of AI responses and GDPR Art. 28 processor evidence.

Questions to put to the vendor

  1. Does OpenAI via Azure receive customer regulatory questions or uploaded documents, and what no-training term applies?
  2. Are any Reggi prompts or outputs retained after termination despite the DPA's deleted or anonymized clause?
  3. Can Regology provide its own ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 evidence, if any, separate from AWS certificates?
  4. What SSO/SAML controls and audit-log exports are available for enterprise tenants?
  5. Is there any private deployment or non-US processing region?
  6. What validation method is used for Reggi responses, given the terms accuracy caveat?

Accuracy evidence
