- Intentional or inadvertent disclosure of confidential or sealed client or case information to a generative AI model may violate Administrative Order No. 19, the ARPC and the Code of Judicial Conduct
- Court personnel with internal CourtConnect access may not intentionally expose court system data to any external generative AI tool
- An exemption exists for court-approved research and analysis projects with prior approval of the Supreme Court Committee on Automation
- The order does not require pre-filing disclosure or certification of AI use
