The AI approach page says large language models are trained on Bloomberg's specialized legal content; it does not name external model providers or sub-processors in the audit rows. The checked public pages did not publish training-on-customer-data, retention or customer data-residency commitments. The audit did not find SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 statements. The request-pricing page states "one platform, one price," but the audit found no list price, term or seat minimum.
