What the public documentation states
Within's current homepage describes process intelligence; the legal terms still use Klarity and cover the SaaS services. The GenAI usage policy dated 22 October 2024 names Microsoft, OpenAI, Google and Anthropic as GenAI providers. It says organization data is not used as training data, all GenAI personal data is processed in the United States, and Within has negotiated zero data retention policies with those providers. The terms of service, last updated 10 February 2026, include a DPA, audit rights, a 48-hour Security Incident notice, encryption in transit and at rest, and deletion of Customer Data within 30 days after termination or earlier request unless law requires retention. The subprocessor list names 16 processors, including AWS, Google, Slack, Klarity India, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Okta, Anthropic, WorkOS and Cartesia. The trust page states SOC 2 Type II. No public price is printed. Accuracy wording says GenAI improves speed and accuracy, with no method.
