The Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner's 2021 guidance setting out three Data Stewardship Values and seven Ethical Principles for artificial intelligence. It is the conceptual base on which the PCPD's 2024 Model Personal Data Protection Framework is built, and it remains the office's general statement of ethical expectations for organisations developing or deploying AI.
