What the document requires
- Rule 15(b): JAMS proposes only panelists approved for disputes involving technical subject matter.
- Rule 16.1(a): default AI Disputes Protective Order applies unless the parties agree otherwise.
- Rule 16.1(b): production of AI systems and related materials is limited to experts in a secured environment, with no removal of materials.
