    What the public documentation states

LawPavilion pages describe Primsol and Prime for Nigerian legal research, case materials, agreements, forms and templates. The Primsol pricing page describes Nigerian legal research; the Prime page states that Prime is an offline platform. The Primsol terms grant an annual licence, renewable by annual subscription, and allow access on up to three devices. The Primsol privacy policy names a server hosting company as an external data processor but does not name it; it says information is stored on secure servers in the United States of America and may be processed by people outside Nigeria who provide support services. It says order information is kept for records unless and until deletion is requested. The audit did not find model providers, a DPA or certification statements. The pricing page says users choose a plan, but no list price or seat minimum was published. Primsol states that answers are sourced from relevant Nigerian authorities and says there are no hallucinations, guesswork or off-context quotes; no numerical accuracy metric or outside test was published.

    Not disclosed on public pages

"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.

Not published on the pages we read on 2026-09-06: a DPA, named model providers, a named sub-processor list, privacy or terms update dates, list price, seat minimum, encryption at rest, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, customer-data training limits, private deployment for AI use, SAML SSO, zero retention and external accuracy metrics. Procurement and DPIA files use these points for client-confidentiality mapping, processor terms, cross-border transfers and supervision of research outputs.

Questions to put to the vendor

    1. What is the name and country region of the server hosting company used for Primsol data?
    2. Which model provider or internal model powers LawPavilionGPT and PrimsolGPT?
    3. Can LawPavilion provide a DPA or NDPR processor terms for Nigerian firm customer data?
    4. How long are prompts, uploaded documents and generated research outputs retained after account closure?
    5. What test set, reviewer role and error rate support the no-hallucinations claim?
    6. Does the offline Prime product process any data through PrimsolGPT or other online AI features?
