The Sao Paulo Bar's ethics tribunal held that partners and managers must ensure AI use by associates, contractors, trainees and non-lawyer staff is supervised, and must fully review all AI-generated output before it is filed, with special care for case-law research, citing article 77 of the Code of Civil Procedure and OAB Recommendation 001/2024.
