Resolution 615/2025 of Brazil's National Council of Justice, approved 11 March 2025 and effective 14 July 2025, replaces Resolution 332/2020 and governs AI across the Brazilian judiciary. It classifies AI uses by risk, requires mandatory human supervision of AI output, creates a National AI Committee, and permits judges and staff to use large language models within those controls.
