Resolution 615/2025 of Brazil's National Council of Justice, approved 11 March 2025, effective 14 July 2025 and amended on committee composition by Resolution 674/2026, replaces Resolution 332/2020 for the judiciary. It classifies AI uses by risk, requires human supervision, creates a National AI Committee, and permits judges and staff to use LLMs within those controls.
