What the vendor documents
Recorded from the vendor's own trust, privacy and terms pages. "Not disclosed" means we found no public statement, not that the control is absent.
What the public documentation states
DeepJudge's public pages describe Precision AI Search for legal teams and AI Workflows that connect to firm source systems. The product page says the index respects existing access permissions and ethical walls. The security page says customers can host DeepJudge in DeepJudge's cloud, the customer's cloud, or on premises, and can run their choice of AI model in their choice of residency. The DPA Annex 3 names Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services as AI provider and cloud infrastructure subprocessors, each with location marked Customer Selected. The security page states that DeepJudge does not train on customer data. The DPA says DeepJudge deletes Customer Data at the customer's request and gives Security Breach notice within seventy-two hours of discovery. The security page states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification. No concrete price, seat minimum, minimum term, free trial, ISO 42001 statement, zero-retention term, or accuracy evidence was published in the audit.
In the vendor's words
“DeepJudge does not train on your data”
“can be hosted in any public or private cloud, or even on premises.”
“Run your choice of AI model in your choice of residency.”
“within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery”
Not disclosed on public pages
"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.
Not published on pages we read on 2026-09-06: accuracy claim or method, privacy or terms update dates, concrete price, pricing model, seat minimum, minimum term, free trial, ISO 42001 statement, SSO/SAML, and zero-retention terms. A law firm review would normally need those points to assess client confidentiality, processor terms under GDPR Art. 28, residency selection, and supervision of search or workflow outputs.
Questions to put to the vendor
- Which customer-selected location will apply for Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services?
- Do prompts, retrieved passages, and generated outputs have zero-retention terms, or only deletion on request?
- What price, minimum term, seat floor, and trial terms apply?
- What evaluation method measures accuracy for search results and AI Workflows?
- Can DeepJudge provide ISO 42001 status and SSO/SAML configuration details?
