The Ask iManage page describes an AI assistant built into iManage Work 10 for legal professionals, used for natural-language DMS search and interaction with documents and emails. The AI page states that, by default, neither iManage nor third-party model providers use customer data in the iManage Cloud, including AI inputs or outputs, to train or retrain models; customers may opt in to limited insights for service improvement. This reread did not find named model providers or a public subprocessor list. The security page states SOC 2 Type II, SOC 2+, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and ISO 22301, with annual audits in the first quarter of each calendar year.
