What the vendor documents
Recorded from the vendor's own trust, privacy and terms pages. "Not disclosed" means we found no public statement, not that the control is absent.
What the public documentation states
Workday's contract-management product page expressly says the service is backed by ISO 42001, 27001 and 27701 certifications. Its compliance page also lists Workday Contract Lifecycle Management, powered by Evisort AI, within SOC 2 Type II scope; this is more specific than a parent-company trust badge. Workday's Responsible AI promise forbids sharing customer data to train third-party public models, but does not establish a blanket prohibition covering Workday's own models or customer-specific training. We therefore leave the broader no-training field unknown. Workday publishes a Universal Data Processing Exhibit through its contract-terms index; buyers should establish the applicable order and product schedule rather than substitute website-use terms. The privacy notice remains effective February 27, 2026 and online site terms August 13, 2026. We did not establish product-specific processing regions, LLM providers or zero-retention guarantees.
In the vendor's words
“We never share customer data to train third-party public models.”
“backed by ISO 42001, 27001, and 27701 certifications”
“Universal Data Processing Exhibit”
“Implementation takes 21 days on average for Workday Contract Intelligence.”
Not disclosed on public pages
"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.
On pages read on 2026-09-21, we did not establish product-specific model providers, prices, trials, minimum terms, region controls, private deployment, SSO, encryption-at-rest details, zero retention or an accuracy protocol. Workday-wide security descriptions do not by themselves establish every Evisort deployment setting. Ask which order incorporates the Universal Data Processing Exhibit and whether customer contracts may train Workday-owned or customer-specific models.
Questions to put to the vendor
- Which AI model providers process contract text for Workday Contract Intelligence?
- Which Workday sub-processors apply to Contract Intelligence, and where is their processing region listed?
- What customer-data fields are covered by the statement that third-party public models are not trained?
- Can contract data be pinned to a region, and where is that data-residency term documented?
- What method supports the 21-day implementation and 450,000-document processing statements?
