What the vendor documents
Recorded from the vendor's own trust, privacy and terms pages. "Not disclosed" means we found no public statement, not that the control is absent.
What the public documentation states
Icertis describes Contract Intelligence as enterprise contract management with contract AI and Copilot responses anchored to contract data with direct clause-level citations. The Copilot page says the evidence is source-based, and the audit records an accuracy method as published for that citation approach. The trust center exposed artifacts for a Data Protection Addendum, Subprocessors, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, FedRAMP High, Cyber Essentials Plus and a pentest report, but the audit did not find an ISO 42001 statement or model-provider names. The privacy statement dated 25 November 2025 says Subscriber Data may be used to improve offerings, provide information to machine learning mechanisms and generate analyses. It also says data may be transferred, processed and stored anywhere in the world, including the United States and India. That clause means the record cannot claim a no-training commitment for subscriber data. Pricing pages did not publish a list price, free trial, minimum term or seat floor.
In the vendor's words
“Every response is anchored to pre-computed contract data with direct clause-level citations”
“provide information to machine learning mechanisms”
“transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States, India”
“ISO/IEC 27001:2022”
Not disclosed on public pages
"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.
On the pages we read on 2026-09-06, the audit did not find model providers, terms update date, list price, free trial, minimum term, seat minimum, encryption-at-rest statement, ISO 42001, a no-training-on-subscriber-data restriction, private deployment option, SAML SSO statement or zero-retention term. Enterprise CLM deployments hold client and counterparty data, so DPIA and procurement records would normally need those points for confidentiality, GDPR Art. 28 terms, access control and supervision of AI output.
Questions to put to the vendor
- Which model providers process contract text for Icertis Copilot and Contract Agents?
- How does the privacy statement's machine learning mechanism clause apply to Subscriber Data from law firms?
- Which countries beyond the United States and India may store or process contract data?
- Can you provide public terms for zero retention, SAML SSO and encryption at rest?
- Which trust-center reports cover Icertis Copilot, Contract Agents and agentic workflows specifically?
