Google’s Workspace generative-AI privacy hub, updated 26 August 2026, describes Gemini in Workspace as using Google AI models in Gmail, Docs, Meet and the Gemini app for Workspace users. The audit found Google as the model provider and the Workspace sub-processor page, dated 23 July 2026, publishes third-party subprocessors. The privacy hub says user submissions are not used to train models and are not reviewed by humans. The Cloud Data Processing Addendum, updated 8 June 2026, states customer-deleted data is deleted within a maximum 180 days and says encryption of data at rest is available. The service terms, last modified 31 August 2026, list United States or Europe data-region options. Google’s compliance page lists SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, FedRAMP and HIPAA. The pricing page publishes INR prices, a 14-day trial, annual-commitment pricing, current promotional discounts and stated user limits. No accuracy claim or method was found.
