What the public documentation states

LexisNexis describes Lexis+ with Protégé as AI research and drafting grounded in LexisNexis content, with personalization controls and access to general AI models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. The product page states that customer data is not used to train public AI models or improve performance for other users. Its Protégé page says non-Vault uploaded documents are purged at session end, Vault documents remain until deleted, and Vault results are retained for 90 days. The public sub-processor hub is published, but the audit did not find a hosting region for Lexis+ AI. Trust center material states encryption in transit and at rest, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001; ISO 42001 was not published in pages checked. LexisNexis offers a 2-day free trial and says pricing is customized, but no list price, seat minimum or term was published. It states the product is optimized for legal accuracy; the audit did not find a method, and the record separately cites Stanford's 2024 third-party test of the earlier product.
