What the vendor documents
Recorded from the vendor's own trust, privacy and terms pages. "Not disclosed" means we found no public statement, not that the control is absent.
What the public documentation states
Parrot's public pages describe remote depositions, court reporting and AI-generated deposition summaries. The deposition-summary page states "100% page:line accuracy" and says summaries link directly to relevant transcript sections. The privacy policy effective 9 September 2024 names "third party vendors, like Anthropic and OpenAI" and says those vendors have a zero data retention policy and do not train on the data. The same privacy policy also refers to "training our AI models and algorithms." The deposition-summary page says transcript contents are never used to train generative AI models, so the public pages distinguish third-party generative AI from Parrot's own model or software training. Parrot's terms, effective 17 June 2024, set Florida law and state that subscriptions run one year unless the order form says otherwise. Parrot pages state SOC 2, HIPAA and HITECH security standards, SSO and MFA. The audit did not find a Parrot-named public sub-processor list, public price, encryption-at-rest statement, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 statement.

“training our AI models and algorithms”
“100% page:line accuracy”
Not disclosed on public pages
"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.
Not published on the pages we read on 2026-09-06: public DPA, Parrot-named sub-processors, list price, free trial, seat minimum, encryption at rest, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and private deployment terms. A firm procurement file normally needs these details for client-confidentiality review, GDPR Article 28 processor terms, HIPAA or BAA scoping, budgeting, and supervision of transcript summaries.
Questions to put to the vendor
- How do the privacy-policy training clause and the deposition-summary no-generative-AI-training statement apply to the same transcript data?
- Which Anthropic and OpenAI services process deposition summaries, and are zero-retention settings contractual for each?
- Can Parrot or Filevine provide the DPA, BAA, and named sub-processor list for deposition and medical-record data?
- What evidence supports the 100% page:line accuracy statement, and how often is it tested?
- What public or order-form price, seat minimum, and annual term apply to AI deposition summaries?
