What the public documentation states

Thomson Reuters' CoCounsel page describes CoCounsel Legal as an AI legal assistant for research, drafting, document review and work in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams. The same page says data is not used to train underlying models and that outputs include answers traceable to sources; it states SOC 2 and ISO 42001 certification. The privacy statement is last updated July 31, 2026. The audit did not find named model providers or a public subprocessor list, and the public data-processing-addendum URL returned a not-found page. The sales pricing page says online pricing is available for new law-firm customers with up to 10 attorneys and that firms with more than 10 attorneys contact sales, but it did not publish a concrete price. The CoCounsel guardrails blog says each skill is run through over 1,500 nightly tests and refers to evaluation of OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and other models.
