DISCO's Cecilia pages describe a litigation AI tool suite for document review, document summaries and Q&A inside DISCO Ediscovery. The subprocessor list names OpenAI, L.L.C. as a large language model in the United States and European Union, Writer as a large language model in the United States, and Microsoft Azure as a cloud service hosting provider in the United States. The privacy policy has an effective date of November 25, 2024. The Cecilia AI feature page says the LLMs used in Cecilia never train on or learn from customer data and do not retain customer data after query response. The DPA is public and says DISCO will provide audit reports or certifications on reasonable request.
