What the public documentation states

Consilio's Aurora Legal AI Suite page describes AI for investigations, review and legal operations, with modules shown as Available Now, Limited Beta and Alpha. The Guided AI Review page says Consilio uses custom AI models trained for a specific case or investigation with expert human oversight and that the platform is hosted on Consilio's secure private cloud. The processor page names service sub-processors including Forensic Innovations, Linguistic Systems, Millnet, Veritone, Relativity and Wexler AI; the audit records Wexler AI as a model provider, and Consilio's May 2026 announcement names Anthropic Claude as an Aurora integration. The privacy policy, updated 17 August 2026, says data is retained as long as reasonably necessary under Consilio's Data Retention and Disposal Policy and lists ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Cyber Essentials Plus, HIPAA, ITAR, CCPA and GDPR. The security fact sheet says colocated data centres are ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type 2. Consilio's March 2026 announcement says more than 10,000 users now log into Aurora daily and adds Aurora Verity Review and Legal Operations Intelligence. No public Aurora list price, minimum term or seat minimum was found. The vendor states explainable AI and expert human oversight, not a numerical accuracy metric.

Not disclosed on public pages

"Not disclosed" records that no public statement was found where we looked, on the date shown. It does not assert that the control, term or figure is absent.

Not published on the pages we read on 2026-09-06: an Aurora DPA, terms update date, public list price, pricing model, free trial, minimum term, seat minimum, data-residency locations, encryption-at-rest statement, ISO 42001, SSO/SAML and zero-retention commitment. Procurement and DPIA reviews normally need these for matter-data routing, client confidentiality, GDPR Art. 28 processor terms, retention controls and professional supervision.

Questions to put to the vendor

  1. Which Aurora modules use Wexler AI, and do any other AI providers process customer documents?
  2. Which named sub-processors process UK or EU matter data for Guided AI Review, and in which regions?
  3. Can you provide the DPA, breach-notification clause and any Consilio SOC 2 report scope for Aurora?
  4. What retention period applies to prompts, review documents, model outputs and expert annotations?
  5. What Aurora price, pricing unit, seat floor and minimum term apply to a managed review engagement?
