What the public documentation states

Everlaw's security page states SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, encrypted storage, SSO and HIPAA/HITECH safeguards. FedRAMP Moderate applies to the separate federal cloud. The subprocessor list, updated September 16, 2026, names AWS, Google and OpenAI. Customers can select AWS instances in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada or Australia; Google and OpenAI processing is listed in the US or EU, with EU processing for UK/EU instances. This does not promise every AI feature runs in every storage region. The October 1, 2025 terms prohibit using inputs or outputs to train a generative model for general use through the service. Everlaw's AI Governance Framework separately states that enterprise LLM providers delete submitted data after processing and do not train on it. Everlaw retains generated outputs and usage logs within the service. The public DPA remains available.

On pages read on 2026-09-21, we did not establish an accuracy-testing protocol, public price, trial, minimum term, seat floor, ISO 42001 certification or private-deployment option. LLM-provider zero retention does not remove outputs and logs held by Everlaw. Confirm AI-provider processing locations for the chosen workspace, and request deletion schedules, report scope and contractual exceptions before uploading privileged or regulated material.
